RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

We accept exchanges and returns in of our pieces. However, the customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges, unless the piece arrives damaged or with manufacturer faults, then we recommend to contact us immediately. 

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.The money will be refunded to your original payment method. For product exchange, you will have to pay the shipping cost of the new item and we will provide you with the right amount when you organised the return or exchange. We are unable to return duties and taxes cost. 

To ship an item back to KOI BIKINIS please:

All returns must be authorised within 7 days of delivery, upon receiving your goods. We advise you try them on straight away; the item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. If we consider item returned is not in it's original condition we reserve the right to proceed with the return. Discounted items are not eligible for return.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your "Returns Authorisation" number to you.

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you.

Due to the select nature of our products, it may occur that some exchange requests may not be processed if your requested item is out of stock. A refund will be processed instead in these instances
